Returns Policy

We offer an Exchange or Refund policy for returned goods. Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt of the package. 

Please contact the team on info@seen.co.uk to confirm what you are sending back to us and tell us if you'd like to arrange an exchange or refund.

That way we can ensure the smoothest and speediest service for you.

Goods must be received in perfect condition with all the packaging and labels still attached. 

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to you immediately.

As Prescription Lenses are bespoke products, we cannot offer a refund for the lens value. In those cases the frame price will be refunded. You can however exchange your prescription lenses into another frame choice (online orders only. This does not apply to purchases made in store). This is offered at no extra cost for one time only. All subsequent prescription lens exchanges will be charged at 70% of the lens cost (ie. a 30% discount will be applied).

FAULTY GOODS

In the highly unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact us as soon as you can on info@seen.co.uk or 01618352324 to discuss the fault with the team.

Then arrange for the package to be returned to Seen on the address above. We will refund the cost of your postage to us - up to the value of £8 from the UK. If from an international destination, please contact us to discuss the best way of arranging return.

All faulty items will be inspected upon receipt and we will contact you to discuss the best resolution for you.
