Lapima
Brazilian eyewear brand Lapima was founded in 2016 by Gisela and Gustavo Assis with a simple brief: make frames that feel genuinely, unmistakably Brazilian.
Every pair is handcrafted at their atelier in Campinas, São Paulo — each frame passing through more than 30 stages of shaping, carving and polishing. Italian acetate is carefully sourced for its rich colour and ability to hold Lapima's bold, architectural shapes, which draw inspiration from Brazil's landscapes and its celebrated modernist architecture.
The result is eyewear with serious presence. Sculptural, confident and refined — exactly the kind of thing we get excited about.
