Jacques Marie Mage x Lou Doillon

Born to director Jacques Doillon and actress Jane Birkin, and therefore half-sister to Charlotte Gainsbourg and step daughter to the king of French pop, Serge Gainsbourg, Lou Doillon is essentially French cultural royalty. She’s also one heck of a talented lady in her own right and has forged her own path as an actor in some of French cinema’s finest recent releases, as a platinum-selling singer/songwriter, a model, and more recently a designer and artist.

As a brand with one foot in its French heritage and the other in the ostentatious glamour of LA, JMM has a lot in common with Lou, so getting together on a collaboration made more than a lot of sense before any pens had been put to paper. But the results? Sacrebleu! Ils sont beaux.
