Eyewear Icon: Noel Gallagher

Famously having worn sunglasses for six months straight to hide a black eye, Oasis’s Noel Gallagher knows how to turn damage control into style. As the band’s chief songwriter and lead guitarist, Noel helped define the sound and spirit of 90s Britpop. The calm to his brother's chaos, he's been seen sporting jet-black wraparounds, Californian acetate, and no-fuss rectangular 90’s normcore sunglasses that say it all without shouting. 

They might never see eye to eye or The Mighty I to Beady Eye (if you will!), but one thing’s certain—both Gallaghers know their sunglasses.
