Mr Leight Getty

The Mr Leight Getty frame is inspired by the Getty Center, an iconic museum overlooking Los Angeles. Designed by Richard Meier, it is known for its modernist architecture, curvilinear features and beautiful gardens. It houses the art and antiquities of oil magnate J. Paul Getty, once the richest man in the world and a symbol of the jet setting lifestyle.

The Getty's design is a timeless silhouette inspired by the rich acetate styles of Old Hollywood. Its square shape, titanium components and precious metal plating mirror the architectural prominence of its namesake.

The Mr Leight Getty is available both as an optical and sunglass. Read more about wayfarer style frames in our blog post- Excellence in Acetate: The Story of Wayfarer Style Sunglasses
